(More customer reviews)i was waiting enthusiastically for this item, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment! i loaded the brush and put in the batteries as per instructions but the thing never worked. when i called the company they ran through the "to do" list, and when that was done, they said i could return it and gave me the r.a. number! they were not concerned one bit that the item was defective.
i sent off for the emjoi brand version, and hope that i have better luck with that one! it looks sturdier and when i put the batteries in, it made a promising hum. the other one made no sound when turned on.
i give it a zero rating, but this system does not allow for that.
