1. when I removed it from it's packaging it smelled horrible (I have since washed it and the horrible odor has been removed)
2. it is long enough to wrap around my head, but just barely, it would be much easier to use if it were about 2 inches longer

(More customer reviews)First off, I happen to like the brush. It is nicely made and sturdy. A long wooden handle and head. The thing that you may not like, the bristles could be used to scrub an elephants toes. It doesnt bother me since it deep cleans but if you have sensitive skin, you might not be comfortable with how stiff the bristles are. Otherwise I really like it for cleaning my back in the shower. Also makes a great back scratcher through your shirt.
