I have all of my wisdom teeth. I have always had trouble cleaning them properly with regular toothbrushes. As a result I tend to have greater plaque build up and my gums are more sensitive. This little brush helps me reach them easily and my dentist notices the difference. They aren't sold many places, but I'll willing to traverse the city looking for them.
