(More customer reviews)I just bought these to go on my Braun (Oral-B) Advance Power electronic base (fits great, by the way). It works great! The spinning head easily gets around all the brackets, and it only takes a minute or two to follow up with the tiny brushes on the other head that go in between the wires, replacing the usual little wire brushes you would use. My teeth feel much more clean than with a normal tooth brush.
Make sure you read, either on this site or another, which electronic toothbrush bases it will not go with! If you just got braces, you might want to wait a few days before using an electronic toothbrush, so as not to make your teeth more sore. I have had my braces 2 1/2 weeks, and it is causing no extra soreness.
Note: I also purchased the Waterpik Ultra Dental Water Jet. It also just takes another couple of minutes to clean between your teeth and to get anything you might have missed with the brush. My mouth feels much cleaner now!

I ordered these simply because I needed more. I brush with one every evening and it is replaced after 3 months. These were ordered 12/3, shipped 12/4, and received 12/7 (two days before ETA) in excellent condition. Thanks to Amazon.com, Planet LUVZ, and USPS. I couldn't find these anywhere else for such a low price and in a 9 pack, as well.

(More customer reviews)I had read the reviews about this bigger head, and I thought cool, twice the brushing power in the same amount of time! However, after having received it, I'm a little dissappointed. It doesn't appear as though it's that big, but it feels very large in mouth. It felt like I was trying to brush my teeth with my thumb. I had trouble getting the brush into the far reaches of my mouth whereas before with the smaller head I had no problems. I'm not a small person either, I'm 6'1" and 190lbs, with an average size mouth. It's really not that different than the standard head, it's just bigger. I think what bothered me most about the bigger head is that the angles at which you approach your teeth are now more limited because of the increased brush size. Because of this, getting the brush into every nook and cranny is now more difficult. Also, because it is bigger, it's harder to close your mouth around the wand, which means you get more toothpaste goo running down the brush.
Unfortunately, I bought the economical 3-pack. I should have bought the single one just to try it out, but I was certain I'd love the bigger one. Oh well...
