(More customer reviews)These Oral-B replacement brush heads are great. I have used them for several months now since I purchased an Oral-B electric toothbrush in 2008. I ordered these simply because I needed more. I brush with one every evening and it is replaced after 3 months. These were ordered 12/3, shipped 12/4, and received 12/7 (two days before ETA) in excellent condition. Thanks to Amazon.com, Planet LUVZ, and USPS. I couldn't find these anywhere else for such a low price and in a 9 pack, as well.

(More customer reviews)After years of sawing away with a conventional toothbrush, my dentist recommended an electric toothbrush. The standard Oral-B refills work good, but tend to be a little hard on my gums, resulting in occasional irritation.
Enter the Oral-B Extra Soft refills; with these I get the same quality cleaning as with the standard refills, but without any gum irritation whatsoever! My gums had continued to erode/recede until I started using these brush heads, but now seem to have stopped. If you have similar issues, you may want to try this product - it does a great job cleaning as well, the bristles are very flexible and reach deep between teeth!

(More customer reviews)I had read the reviews about this bigger head, and I thought cool, twice the brushing power in the same amount of time! However, after having received it, I'm a little dissappointed. It doesn't appear as though it's that big, but it feels very large in mouth. It felt like I was trying to brush my teeth with my thumb. I had trouble getting the brush into the far reaches of my mouth whereas before with the smaller head I had no problems. I'm not a small person either, I'm 6'1" and 190lbs, with an average size mouth. It's really not that different than the standard head, it's just bigger. I think what bothered me most about the bigger head is that the angles at which you approach your teeth are now more limited because of the increased brush size. Because of this, getting the brush into every nook and cranny is now more difficult. Also, because it is bigger, it's harder to close your mouth around the wand, which means you get more toothpaste goo running down the brush.
Unfortunately, I bought the economical 3-pack. I should have bought the single one just to try it out, but I was certain I'd love the bigger one. Oh well...
