I had to order them because my surrounding supermarket and pharmacy chains haven't carried this size for years, they only have the little suckers, no pun intended. I wasn't pleased with the high shipping and handling flat charge that Ace charges, as this was a lightweight order.

RESOLVE Deep Clean Powder: 18 OZ Review

(More customer reviews)I saw the commercial and went looking for the product almost immediately. I have Berber(sp) carpet that's chocolate brown with lighter colors. Local popular grocery store, out of stock. Target, nowhere to be found. Finally, I found it at WalMart. A plus is that it came with a coupon for a rebate of your purchase price. LOTS of work. Package says for 8X10 room, not on commercial. Should at least say for smaller spaces. There's a four step process. First you shake vigorously to break up the powder. It's recommended that you only spray about 2X8 spaces at a time. Next, you HAVE to brush it into and out of the carpeting. The directions state to brush out stains. Again, not stated in the commercial. That's the harder, unexpected work. Next you wait for 20 minutes. NOW it's time to vacuum. It's also recommended to have a new bag in your vacuum or a cleaned vacuum for a bagless. This part is why I didn't give it 5 stars. It took forever to get this stuff outta the carpet. Over and over again and I used a small handheld in some spots and an upright. At the very end, I had to open the window because the powder began to fly up. Some has landed on the furniture, thank God it's leather for easy clean up. I think for the trouble I went through, I'd much rather just pay to get the carpet professionally cleaned. I think this product is best used on small stains or very small rooms with NO furniture. :) Good Luck. I think I'll pass on future purchases. Concept too good to be true.

(More customer reviews)Have you ever noticed the variety of available toothpastes? It's overwhelming! There are numerous different brands. Some contain peroxide, others baking soda, others abrasives and other exotic potions. It's a wonder some don't come with Sani-Flush as an ingredient. Then all brands seem to have small, medium, large and extra-large sizes. Did I mention travel size and trial size? What's a guy to do?
For years, I just bought one of the half-dozen brands on sale at the local food or drug store. Then, as the toothpaste wars escalated, I bought with freely-dispensed coupons and some supermarkets doubled the value of the coupons. It became such a good deal that some toothpaste was actually free. Well, my coupon days are over and I now shop at a warehouse club store where they have a limited selection but outstanding values. I asked my dentist for advice on the best toothpaste since I was totally confused by all the claims. He suggested that "Colgate Total Whitening Gel" was the best for my particular circumstances (which, by the way, wasn't the brand in the free packet of things I received with cleaning). I also noted that this particular brand/variety was highly rated by Consumer's Reports. It supposedly helped to prevent cavities with fluoride and resisted plaque and tartar buildup, which could lead to gingivitis, all while whitening the teeth. What more could I ask for? I bought a four-pack of tubes (7.8 ounces each). I've been very pleased with the toothpaste and the price was right. Only long-term usage will tell but I'm totally satisfied at this point.

I even called back the check out clerk at Lowe's to tell her how well it worked (she asked me to let her know if it worked as advertised).

(More customer reviews)This really is a great product. It comes with a caddy to hold the brush handle (wand) and a reservoir to hold the brush refills. It comes with six refills and there is plenty of room for more in the caddy.
The brush positively locks onto the wand and at no time was it in danger of falling off. The head has a nice pad that is very flexible and loaded with cleaner. Its abrasive but not so much so as to scratch the bowl.
After cleaning the bowl the head popped right off into the waste basket (dont try to flush these). A little toilet paper to dry of the wand, back into the caddy, a job easily and well done.

These were actually what I was originally looking for but could not find with free super saver shipping, unless I purchased something like 48 refill. So overall it was a pleasant surprise, but I think the seller should change the picture.

Pumie Toilet Bowl Ring Remover #TBR-6 Review

(More customer reviews)We've found a wonderful bathroom bowl cleaner referred to as "The Works" (available at Wall-Mart and other stores, but can be somewhat hard to find). It makes cleaning a toilet real easy. However, even with this miracle worker, a slight faint ring is evident and that has always bothered my wife. We picked up a Pumie and it 90% removed the faint ring. I'm impressed!
I'm a geologist, so please pardon the following analysis. Pumice is a natural volcanic glass and, as such, has just about the same degree of hardness (resistance to scratching) as the toilet bowl porcelain. The package says that the product is safe. Well, pumice is not toxic in any way so by safe they probably mean won't scratch porcelain. But they then warn about usage on colored bowls, where scratching would be more evident. I suspect that the rather remarkable ability of this pumice stick product to remove that ugly stain is producing minor, mostly microscopic, surface damage to the interior of the bowl each time that it is used. Whether this makes any difference is open to question. If you replace your bowl every ten or twenty years, then go ahead and use it with vigor. If you expect the bowl to remain like new for the life of the house, you're probably going to start to notice the scratching and it will probably give the porcelain a dull non-glazed finish. So what should one do? Well, I'm going to use it (sparingly) in that I won't be around long enough to view the damage and even if I am, a toilet bowl isn't all that expensive or difficult to replace.
