(More customer reviews)At first I did as the directions said and did not rub it in - BIG MISTAKE! However, the color was nice and it lasted through my workouts and showering after about 4 hrs of using it. So, I tried again, instead, I blended it. This seemed to work. I've mastered a routine of how to get the best results. I spray my arms first, rub it in, wash my hands. Then I do my chest and torso area, rub it in, wash my hands. I continue this doing my legs from the knees down and then from the knees up. I did find that I was coughing after I did this, so I bought those face masks that doctors use and it seems to help. By the way, the smell is quite pleasant. From someone who has tried several alternatives, I'd definitely recommend this product (but make sure to rub in!).
