(More customer reviews)I recently had rotator cuff surgery. No matter how I orient my shoulder it will get sore after 1-2 hours of sleep. I apply the analgesic to the painful area and am back to sleep in a matter of minutes. I particularly like the design of the applicator. Instead of a foam pad they use a button shaped head that has a small hole in the middle. It works great, even when I'm not 100% awake at 2:00 AM.
