(More customer reviews)This is a fantastic toothbrush, but apparently it is not compatible with peroxide & baking soda toothpaste. I think there have been some instances of brush heads breaking in peoples' mouths. Crest has pulled the product from retailers and claims to be working on the problem.
I hope they get the problem fixed and re-introduce the product. For now, I can't find replacement heads anywhere.
