Never having dental problems, I wondered just how much "whitening" there would actually be. Well, I was indeed surprised! After just one use, I saw a difference in the brightness/white of my teeth. Plus, since it's Listerine, you can really feel the product protecting all day, unlike just brushing alone.
Great mouthwash for smokers, too. My sister is a smoker, and I've seen a big change in her smile since she started using this.
It's a dentist-recommended mouthwash as well, so you really can't go wrong.
