(More customer reviews)I currently have full-mouth braces, and use the Wisp to freshen up my teeth/get stuff out of the wires/brackets. They're great to have around (especially with the pick at the end) at my desk while snacking or eating lunch. The Wisp definitely doesn't replace a full brush/rinse, but help me manage and clean my braces in between my full brushes. Not sure if I'll have a use for them after the braces are off - but would recommend to anyone with braces or retainers.
