(More customer reviews)This mophead cleans okay, but nothing special. Still leaves a few particles after you're done. The real problem, though, is that it is very difficult to replace. The mop has a sturdy metal latch ("hook") that you have to stick the head onto. But once it's on, you do feel confident that it will stay on until you're ready to take it off.
It took me forever to change the mop head. It didn't snap or slide on easily at all. I was ready to just buy a new mop by the time I finally got the thing on. Suggestion when changing the head ("refill"): HOLD the handle down very firmly so the little metal lever/hook has more wiggle-room to latch onto the head. Replace after 3 months for heavy-use homes (i.e. weekly), 1 year for mild-use (i.e. monthly).
