After shampooing, I have horribly tangled hair that i have to be delicate with because it's highlighted and damaged, but if i work slowly and start at the bottom of the tangles, this comb gets all the knots out in a gentle, smooth way. It has the perfect amount of bendy-ness. It's not super rubbery but it's not stiff and rigid. The material that it's made out of is the perfect texture for gentle detangling of damaged hair. It's the only comb that works for me.
